Federal law permits or requires disclosure of nonpublic personal information in certain instances; such as to loan servicers, student loan guaranty agencies, postsecondary schools, auditors, and consumer reporting agencies. Disclosure in these instances is solely in administration of the programs and to provide you with the services you have requested.
